Terms of Use

These terms apply to all services, information, and interactions via the website of Codewit Solutions B.V. (codewitsolutions.com). They govern the relationship between Codewit Solutions and the user of the website and/or customer of our formal verification services for embedded software in safety-critical systems (SIL-4).

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, graphics, and software code, is the intellectual property of Codewit Solutions or its licensors. It is not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit material without prior written consent. Analytical methods and verification tools are protected.

Our services are provided with the utmost care. However, Codewit Solutions is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of data or revenue, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Liability is in all cases limited to the value of the relevant order.

Customers must provide complete and correct information necessary for the execution of the verification services. It is prohibited to use the provided reports, certifications, or software tools for activities that are contrary to the law or compromise the safety integrity (Safety Integrity Level).

Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all confidential information exchanged in the context of the service provision, including source code, specifications, and verification results. This obligation remains in effect after termination of the agreement.

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Codewit Solutions has its statutory seat.
